Episod is a concept of 21 exceptional fitness studios spread across 6 hubs in the heart of Paris. The company offers daily sessions in Bootcamp, Athletic, Yoga, Cycling, Boxing, Rowing, Reforming, and Recovering.
The company reached out to me to boost its online bookings and expand its customer base, particularly among young professionals and entrepreneurs. The challenge lay in the growing number of gyms with similar offerings. It was therefore essential to highlight, through advertising, Episod’s differentiation and the unique experience it offers to its members.
Here's what I implemented:
Campaign and audience segmentation: Created acquisition campaigns to reach a broad audience (young athletes in the Île-de-France region) and retargeting campaigns.
Cross-selling campaign: Targeted customers who had already booked and experienced Episod, with ads offering them a promo code to book additional sessions.
UGC ads: Ran authentic videos created by users, showcasing the immersive experience at Episod. This boosted engagement by displaying real sessions and adding credibility to the brand.
Video testimonials: Created podcast-style video testimonials.
