The owner of this e-commerce business contacted me due to stagnant revenue despite several promotions and ineffective advertising campaigns. After advising him on the budget and the platforms to prioritize, I implemented a tailored strategy to structure his actions and maximize results.
Here's what I implemented:
Campaign and audience segmentation: Structured the campaigns between cold and warm audiences with an acquisition campaign and retargeting campaigns.
A/B testing on audiences and creatives: 26 ad sets were used to test all available audiences based on multiple targeting criteria offered by the platform, with 32 unique creatives utilized.
Dynamic retargeting campaign: Leveraged the product catalog to target a warm audience. Ads were automatically shown to users based on their interactions with products on the website.
Creatives focused on visibility and safety: Video and static formats illustrating improved visibility and safety through the products, featuring before/after comparisons and social proof to enhance impact.
